what retail stores sell external battery chargers for droid 2?

i have a Motorola droid 2 which is great but it just recently started not charging the battery while docked. i am trying to find a retail store that sells external battery chargers for the droid 2 batteries. i would also like to know what i can do about my phone not charging the battery while docked?
